Our customer requirements for Technical Support in Northern Ireland vary greatly.  We offer 3 different levels of support that have been designed around our existing customers.

ProNetwork Basic
This is our basic, non-contract support option.  It is a Pay-As-You-Go service ideal for one-off support or for companies that want to compliment their existing support team.  For those that only need occasional support, this is the best option.  There are 2 ways you can partake of this service; Pre-Pay or On-Demand.

You can buy Pre-Pay hours, in blocks of 10, for £45 per hour during core hours (Mon – Fri 9AM to 6PM) out of hours pricing is available on request.

For On-Demand , you call us as and when you need us.  Costs are £55 per hour during core hours (Mon – Fri 9AM to 6PM) out of hours pricing is available on request.

ProNetwork Standard
This is our most popular contract support option.

This contract boasts:

  • Priority over non-contract customers
  • 1 hour response to support calls
  • 4 hour target for resolution
  • 8 hour onsite response after failure to resolve remotely (incurs additional charge)
  • Only nominated users can log calls
  • 1 day per month Site Health Check
  • Preferential Project Work rates
  • Backup & AntiVirus Alert Monitoring
  • Firewall Monitoring
  • Network Monitoring
  • Device Monitoring

ProNetwork Premium
This is our high end contract support option.   Advised for companies of over 100 employees.

This contract boasts:

  • All-Inclusive Fee covering all IT Support
  • Priority over non-contract customers
  • 1 hour response to support calls
  • 4 hour target for resolution
  • 6 hour onsite response after failure to resolve remotely (incurs additional charge)
  • Only nominated users can log calls
  • 1 day per month Site Health Check
  • Preferential Project Work rates
  • Everything covered under 1 contract
  • Backup & AntiVirus Alert Monitoring
  • Firewall Monitoring
  • Network Monitoring
  • Device Monitoring
